Spring is here and summer is just around the corner, that means it’s the best time of year to find fresh in season produce and to cook up some of these scrumptiously new recipes.

 

Food blogger Joy from Joy the Baker shows us a new spin on asparagus, rather then just throwing some olive oil and sea salt on your asparagus mix it up with some pistachios and feta. 

 

 

 

Who doesn’t love a great taco recipe? Rue Magazine along with Nova on Rainey Kitchen & Bar in Austin Texas paired brussels sprouts with chicken tacos, which MIGHT sound a little weird, but trust, they are ah-mazing. To get this recipe click here

Smoked Salmon and frittata in the same sentence sounds like heaven. These little bite site frittatas are the perfect appetizers for a Spring brunch with friends. Recipe from Food Network’s Giada De Laurentiis. 

 

 

 

 

Not sure if Marie from Proud Italian Cook intended for this recipe to be for brunch or dessert, but we’ll take the puff pancake with fresh blackberries, mascarpone and ricotta cream recipe for any time of the day. Slices of heaven.
