You all know by now that there are at least two sides to every style, and the same rings true for every cocktail. We chose Midori ( ’cause seriously, who doesn’t like the awesome tasting melon liqueur), and mixed it up with something a little bit citrus and something a little tropical. Behold, Midori’s Alter Egos…


Midori Sour via


What you need:
1 1/2 ounces Midori melon liqueur
1 ounce vodka (optional)
2 ounces sour mix
1 dash Sprite or 1 dash other carbonated lemon-lime beverage
1 maraschino cherry, garnish


What you do:
Combine first 4 ingredients and pour over ice.
Splash soda and garnish with a cherry.
You can also shake the ingredients on ice and strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a cherry.


Midori Splice via


What you need:
1 cup Midori melon liqueur
1 cup malibu coconut rum
4 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice


What you do:
Combine together in a pitcher.
Serve in a tall glass, over ice, with pineapple wedge.
Pitcher makes about 6 tall drinks on ice.
