Cherry Whiskey Smash by Jessica of How Sweet It Is

If you’re into rock shows and late nights, this might just be your signature drink. We teamed up with Jessica of How Sweet It Is (uh yeah, we still can’t get over it) for a series of specially made cocktails tailored to four different styles of the TS girl. First up: The Cherry Whiskey Smash – made for the girl who’s a little bit sexy and a little bit punk, a style that’s perfectly hardcore hot. Can you handle it?
What you need:
- 1 ounce jack daniels
- 1 ounce cherry juice
- 1/2 ounce amaretto
- 1/2 ounce ginger brandy
- 2 ounces cherry cola
- 5 maraschino cherries
(Serves one, is easily multiplied)
What you do:
– Add cherries to the bottom of the glass and muddle until smashed.
- Add ice.
– In a cocktail shaker add jack daniels, cherry juice, amaretto and brandy, shaking for 15 seconds – to combine.
– Pour over ice, then top off with cherry cola and stir.
– Serve with additional cherries if desired.
Now you’ve got your signature drink in hand, it’s time to get hardcore hot.

Hate to be nit picky here but this drink should be stirred. Shaking is reserved for those that have more than a little fruit juice. Still looks delicious though I can’t wait to try it.
