Get ready to travel back in time, were taking you back to the last few decades that influenced today’s current trends from 70s free spirit child, 80s tomboy and the 90s grunge look. Bloggers Sara Libby, Stephanie Paris and Annabel Ly take inspiration from these eras to heart while also wearing them in a way that doesn’t look like your heading to a costume party.

Sara is channeling her inner 70s spirit with bell bottoms and a crocheted top with bell sleeves. Mixing the colors, textures and prints is what helps give it a more authentic 70s vibe, the matching game doesn’t apply for this inspiration and a chic pair of oval sunglasses gives it that final 70s touch.

The next decade inspiration is 80s tomboy, this look is the easiest look to rock and probably the comfiest. Amanda is right on point with this trends, from her acid wash jeans, jacket cuffed up, loafers and no 80s look could be complete without a side ponytail.

Now onto 90s grunge, Annabel does this grunge look in a very simple yet fashionable way without trying too hard because we all know sometimes the grunge look can come off looking like you haven’t showered in who knows how long. The loose floral dress paired with her oversized military jacket and booties is the perfect way to show that your outfit was inspired by the style icons of the 90s.
