Jack Long sure knows how to go out with a bang. I can’t even doubt his über photog skills with these wonderful UNPHOTOSHOPPED images of paint/fluid suspension. As spontaneous as his series of single capture events (Vessels and Blooms) may seem, Long has actually dedicated months of planning and experimenting in order to create what you see now. I’m actually kind of okay with not knowing how he produces these technicolor explosions, half the fun comes from guessing all the tricks anyway. I would really love to see him pair these with some kind of live model or in a Willy Wonka world type setting, that would certainly be mindblowingtastic.
