Who: MOVEMENT. Jesse James Ward (vox/multi-instrumentalist) / Lewis Wade (vox/keys) / Sean Walker (synths/samplers).

Scene: Sydney, Australia.

Sounds like: A slow burning grease fire of sexual tension and desire, or otherwise known as r&b and soul. Lewis Wade’s vocals are so dangerously intoxicating that I just want to have an affair with it. Wade and Jesse James Ward take an immaculately sexy approach to writing the music.  Sean Walker delivers the minimal production with such finesse. Slow, smooth, with hella bass – just the way I like it.

Why they’re awesome: I’ve seen these guys play live and they sound even sexier in person. Not to mention Wade’s got a ton of dance moves that he likes to bust out on a consistent basis. There aren’t that many acts that I would personally hand over my entire pants drawer to (Rhye, Banks), but Movement is definitely one of them. Your music is just way too sexy. Just take them all.
