S’mores with a Twist

July 3rd, 2012 | Recipes, Food

While traditional graham, mallow and chocolate s’mores are always, and we mean always, a delicious treat this 4th of July we wanted to mix it up a bit and try out some new versions of this classic. Better yet, use your own homemade marshmallows first! We urge you to join us in making these bad boys for your 4th festivities..

Nutty Banana S’mores via sunset.com

What you need:
1 Box graham crackers
1 Banana
1 Reese’s peanut butter cup or 1 jar of Nutella (we’ll definitely be using Nutella on this!)
1 Bag marshmallows

What you do:
Make these s’mores with graham crackers, a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup (or Nutella), sliced banana, and marshmallow.

Strawberry and Chocolate S’more via Sunset  (cause since when is dark chocolate and strawberries not a good combo?)

What you need:
1 Box graham crackers
1 Bag marshmallows
1 Dark Chocolate bar (our favs are Ghirardelli Intense Dark Sea Salt Soiree Bar or Chocolove Rich Dark Chocolate Bar)
1 Dozen strawberries

What you do:
Take the classic campfire dessert up a notch by adding strawberry slices to Graham crackers, dark chocolate, and roasted marshmallow.

Check out all of our delicious recipes here!

XoXo,
ThreadSence
