Trust, I’ve tried it on about seven times and ran around our office professing my everlasting love for it. Seriously. Mom, if you’re reading this, this jacket is number one on my list.

I am hipster, hear me scoff.

You voted, we bought it, and you guys, it was a most excellent selection. Lovely lace overlay with a sheer skirt is like my heaven on earth. It’s great for layering with mixed textures in this cooler season, so you’ll likely find me rocking this with velvet, about four layers of clothing that may or may not include plaid, and a beanie. #highclasshipster #newfavoritehashtag

 

Derora Sequin Dress

 

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: this holiday will be nothing without a bit ton of sequins. This one in particular sounds good, looks good, feels good too. I mean, if I wore this to a holiday party, you would probably find me in the corner feeling this dress up. Or you know, if you’re a normal non-sartorial obsesssed soul, “feel my dress” as a pick up line may just come in handy. (Actually, you’ll probably sound slightly creepy. Just keep it to yourself.) Nonetheless, it is the perfect holiday get up.

 

Sandy Field Shearling Boots

 

As comfortable as Uggs are, I’ve tried to refrain from wearing them outside the house since 2007. Now, I won’t have to fight the urge. These knee high boots are lined with the softest shearling and are my new cold weather go-to. Ok, I know I live in Ca and most of you are mocking my cold weather essentials since we don’t really experience any, but to me, you guys, I feel like an ice cube, even when it’s only 50. No matter, these boots are excellent for anybody’s winter.

‘Tis the season to get your ThreadSence on (but really, what season isn’t?) – our new Holiday Belle Rock feature has gotten me so freakin’ excited for the holidays that all I want to do is blast ‘Nsync’s Home For Christmas (still the greatest Christmas album of all time, hands down). Cyber Monday is not only hosting an awesome sale, but it also brought in some bangin’ New Arrivals. I wish I could press the replay button on today every single Monday. This month of madness is making me even more madly in love with ThreadSence than ever. First the lookbook, then MAD interviews (Meg And Dia Frampton), and now a week so Mad, you’ll be sure we’ve gone off the deep end. Today kicked off our week leading up to the Madness, ending with the best shopping day of the year, Black Mad Friday. Swoon galore.

 

Marrakech Wide Leg Pants by Mink Pink

  Oh. my. orange. Wide leg pants are the turkey to my mashed potatoes, the marshmallows to my sweet potatoes, the potatoes to my potato salad…ok, I obviously have an obsession. #potatoproblems But really, they are so damn good (I’m talking wide leg pants here), and in bright orange, they can’t get too much better. 

Still True Lace Up Platforms by Chelsea Crew

 

Move over Lita, we’re about to be reppin’ Still True’s up in this joint. (Who talks like that? I apologize) But really, this platform boot just took things to a whole new level. Thick sneaker-like shoelaces, an ankle strap, and a rounded toe make this shoe close to perfection. Super comfortable but oh so awesome, my 5′ 2″ self is beginning to think these are the next mandatory item for my closet.

ThreadSence is bringing it this month with mad arrivals, and they are all crazy good. My jaw hurts from hitting the floor all too often. Below are just three of the pieces that I’m completely mad for, but even this selection doesn’t do justice for all the awesomeness that just dropped.

Long tops are one of my essential fall/winter/year-round staples, as they are perfect for layering. This long navy blue tank with wide white polka dot fits the bill, and if I could look half as good as our model does in it, well then I’m all in.

 Free People has gone done it again with this insanely cool cardigan. Perfect for bundling up in this winter or rocking over shorts or small dresses when it warms up again, this long cardigan is ideal of record-breaking layering. Not to mention, fairisle patterns have  a special place in my heart, and this fiery color palette ignites my sartorial desires.

 

 

Snowflake Knit Gloves

  
Ok, first of all, I just have to say just looking at this photo warms my heart. Seriously, how cute is our model? However, no matter how warm my insides are, I kinda need these knit gloves to ensure that my fingers don’t fall off. These gloves transform from fingerless to mittens in 2.5 seconds, excellent for keeping warm and productive all at the same time. (Seriously, can anyone text in mittens?)

Hello my dear readers! I hope you had an epic and of course, safe Halloween and that you didn’t overload on sweets of the candy or liquor kind. I personally could use a nap right now (what else is new?), but lusting after all of our New Arrivals is giving me an extra boost of energy. Pretender Faux Leather Shorts by Mink Pink

These high waisted, faux leather black shorts are. perfect. I almost passed out when I first saw them,  I was hyperventilating so hard. I can’t wait to thrown them on with black tights and five inch heels and never wear another outfit again. Except of course the aforementioned white dress…and almost every other piece on our site..crap. #sartorialcrisis But seriously, I am obsessed with these shorts.
